Email support@getapograph.io. If the question is about a specific recording or model, mention your iPhone model and iOS version. Attaching the recording is up to you — it helps us reproduce the problem, but it is never required.
Common questions
A model download stops or fails
Downloads resume when you tap the tier again. Interrupted partial files are listed under Settings → Data management → Cache, where they can be removed. The bundled Fast model is always available as a fallback.
The Best tier says it needs more memory
The Best (Medium) model needs more RAM than some iPhones have. The picker shows the exact requirement. Balanced runs on every supported iPhone and is free.
The transcript is in the wrong language
Set the language hint before recording, or open the recording and use Retry with the correct language. Auto-detection samples the first speech in the recording, so a long silence or a different language at the start can mislead it.
Speaker separation merges or splits people
Automatic counting is unreliable on very short exchanges — the setup sheet warns when that is the case. Choose “I know how many” and set the number; you can run it again at any time.
I bought Pro on another iPhone
Open Settings → Pro → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to renew.
Where are my files?
Files app → On My iPhone → Apograph → Recordings, unless you chose a different folder in Settings → Recording storage. Each recording is a folder named by date containing the audio, transcript.txt and metadata.json.
Transcription stopped when I switched apps
The iPhone will not run the GPU work for a backgrounded app. Apograph asks for a little extra time to finish, and if it cannot, it resumes the job when you return. Keep the app in front for long recordings.
Privacy
The app collects nothing. The full policy is at getapograph.io/privacy.
